Ideal Protein at Two Weeks

Two weeks have gone by
since restarting the diet
going well so far.

By cutting out all
carbs, fruits, most non-green veggies
I’ve lost six more pounds!

Many restrictions,
but in the end health trumps taste –
pizza will be there.

The huge benefits
are worth short-term sacrifice –
new clothes coming soon!

I hope to reach goal
in another month or so –
then just maintenance!
